Terms of Service
HeyUsher by Imperador Core · last updated 26 October 2026
The service
HeyUsher answers WhatsApp messages sent to a clinic's number, 24/7, using the information the clinic provides. It is an administrative assistant: it does not give medical advice, diagnoses or prescriptions, and it is not a substitute for the clinic's staff. The clinic remains responsible for its patients, its prices and its appointments.
Trial, price, cancellation
- 7-day free trial, no card required. After the trial the receptionist pauses until a subscription is active.
- £97 per month (or the local equivalent shown at checkout), billed monthly in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which collects any applicable VAT. No setup fee.
- Cancel any time from the receipt e-mail or by writing to us; access continues to the end of the paid month. No refunds for partial months, except where the law requires.
Your obligations as a clinic
- Provide accurate prices, hours and policies, and keep them updated; the receptionist only repeats what you give it.
- Tell patients, where required, that an automated assistant answers first (we add a short note the first time a patient writes, which you can edit).
- Use your own WhatsApp number and comply with WhatsApp's terms. If you choose Quick Connect (WhatsApp Web session), you accept that Meta may restrict numbers it considers automated; we recommend a dedicated number and can move you to the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Do not use the service for marketing broadcasts, spam or anything unlawful.
Our obligations
- Keep the service running with reasonable care and skill; target reply time under 5 seconds and 99% monthly availability (excluding WhatsApp/Meta outages).
- Process patient data only on your instructions, as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
- Notify you without undue delay of any security incident affecting your data.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost appointments, lost revenue, or for Meta/WhatsApp restricting a number. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for clinics in the UK, and by the laws of Brazil otherwise. Questions: [email protected].
